***Tour for yourselves*** Renovations are being done and past pest issues ARE being addressed. A quiet small complex and the manager Jamie(manager) does her job well considering what she came into. Jamie works well with you if you let her. Very professional but no nonsense. Washer and dryer hookups in some apartments but laundry room is accessible on property. If you're looking for a low key place with decent neighbors? Check them out.

I have lived here one year, and being I was picking myself up after a bad time, Wendy and Lori both were able to get me approved to live there, and really like the apartment. I'm in a one bedroom, and the layout is amazing, and easy to keep clean. I'm about to sign another lease because it's the best value for the money. Management makes certain the grounds are kept clean, and strive to keep it a peaceful place to live. Wendy is really proactive about checking the grounds and staying on top of everything. There is nothing I couldn't go to Wendy or Lori about. They are the best.
