Trulo homes is by far the best complex I have ever lived in! From the wonderful staff, to the great amenities, I honestly can’t imagine living anywhere else. I see comments on here about the staff not advising residents about crime in the area. Well rest assured, this is truly one of the safest areas around! I rarely, if ever, see Police officers in the complex handling 911 calls. I understand there is nothing you can do to prevent someone from jumping over a fence to try and start some mischief, but the crime rate is EXTREMELY low. In fact, I have been seeing more OCPD vehicles parked in the complex, which means it must be an okay place to live! No spot is perfect. But this place is close! Stacey the manager is so knowledgeable and will do everything she can to help you and make your experience the best it can possibly be! The gate has been fixed as well, and things seem to be running very efficiently. You won’t find a better complex in the city to live and am so happy I decided to move here. PS: the water is crystal clear, not red. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Mr Alan and Mr Hunter for: Prompt service Efficient service Being knowledgeable Being Personable *( Have you ever lived somewhere where the maintenance look like they were on drugs&.. just got out of prison? Maybe afraid to let them in? Well they DON'T & they are approachable & nice!) and my personal favorite: They Fixed the problem right the first time! Maintenance is one of those job titles that I believe is often underappreciated in society until there's an issue and they are needed. If maintenance is not good; I move out! Based off of their great work it looks like I'll be here for a while!!!
