I LOVE LIVING HERE! I’ve lived in 5 states, 10 or more apartments and multiple GreyStar properties and this one is the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. Jimmy and Johnathan (who doesn’t work here anymore) have helped me so much from the day I took a tour, to moving in, and now moving out (due to work). Full of young professionals, the building is always clean, smells good, the staff is always friendly!! The building environment feels like family and moving to New Orleans not knowing anyone or anything about the city, I couldn’t be happier about choosing to live here. It’s a 7 minute drive to Bourbon Street and event venues, 5 minutes to uptown and walking distance to all the restaurants and bars on St. Charles. Pest control is always taken care of, parking in the garage is safe, staff always answer maintenance quick. It feels like home!!!!! 10/10 recommend!!!!

This is a brand new complex in a great location. It's wonderful being less than a block from two coffee shops and a short walk from shops and restaurants on both Magazine and St. Charles. The rent seems fair. Management was very accommodating with our move, and the one maintenance request we've had was addressed the next day. My only complaints are that the parking spaces are narrow and there is no garbage disposal.
