As a recent addition to the community, I have to say, I'm absolutely loving my experience here so far! Everyone at Inkwell has been so courteous and helpful during the move-in process. In particular, Angel Michelle has been incredibly thorough and attentive in making sure my integration into the community was as seamless as possible. Coolest place I've ever lived! Edit: While I’m generally satisfied with my apartment, I’ve been experiencing a significant plumbing issue that has not been resolved despite multiple maintenance requests. There is a loud, consistent thumping in the pipes that occurs several times a day, including late at night. I was initially promised a visit from a plumber, but this never happened, and my subsequent requests have been ignored. I'm updating my review to 3 stars in the hopes that this will prompt the necessary attention and action to resolve this issue. Should they address it, I will change it back to 5 stars. Edit 2: Shortly after updating my review, I was contacted by a staff member who apologized sincerely for the inconvenience and assured me that a plumber will be send out to address the issue. I appreciate their prompt response, and will continue to update my review accordingly as it progresses. Edit 3: While the issue is ongoing, the prompt and entirely courteous response from management (and especially Ryan Pope) has given me enough reason to reinstate my original 5 star review. I'll leave the edits for posterity, but here's hoping the issue gets resolved with the help of the staff at Inkwell.
