My family & I just moved here last week (09/13/24) & the Kenley Apartments have been wonderful so far. Dave has been super amazing & helpful from the time I toured & until we moved in. He always promptly answers any questions that we may have. I love how clean, friendly, & quiet this place is. The only complaint that I will have is the parking can be awful, especially if you work nights to come home & not find a parking spot. Other than, my family & I are really enjoying it.

Positively no better place to live than at Kenley! I did a 13 mo lease with them that just ended and I absolutely did not want to leave. The front desk staff are some of the kindest people. They would remember my name, apartment numbers, and personally bring me packages I would forget. They were always quick to answer questions and even have a text service for quick replies. The maintenance men are absolute Gs!!!! They are so efficient at fixing whatever you need and make good friends along the way! I had absolutely no issues with this complex and look forward to coming back after finishing school. Please consider living here if you want to be close to all the food options, out of the way of downtown but still close to enjoy, or just looking for a quiet place to live.
