The property manager Jade Post is absolutely amazing! I had a problem with a lost package and she dropped what she was doing to help me immediately find it! She greets everyone with a smile. Lauren Moore and Natalie Brock, the assistant managers, are also absolutely amazing and do everything they can to keep the community clean and safe. The maintenance team members are so kind and respond to issues immediately as they are reported. The common areas and the pool and fitness center are kept immaculately clean. They host fun resident events all the time that make it easy to get connected with neighbors. We love living here and love the staff!

Have really enjoyed living at Foundry Yards since March 2023 and looking to move to another apartment in the same complex. Assistant Manager Natalie Brock is amazing in helping facilitate the transfer. She is really great to talk to, extremely helpful, informative, patient and willing to show all available units to help make the best decision for me. Foundry Yards is a great community, apartments are a great value, storage is plentiful, finishings are very good, management cares and maintenance is timely. Do yourself a favor and add Foundry Yards to your list of apartments to see if looking to rent in the Birmingham area!
