I really couldn’t say enough good things about the team at Renaissance at Galleria. We had a housing nightmare happen as we left a city 3 hours away to move to an entirely different complex. On the day of our confirmed move, the front office was not there and failed to tell us, therefore leaving us stranded. We called Laura first and she jumped into action alerting Adam to our situation. They told us to come over and talk about our options. From the moment that we stepped onto the property, we felt as if we were family members and at home. They worked the entire weekend to make sure that they could make ready an unfinished apartment to our liking so that we could move in on that Monday. I have never seen that kind of turn around happen so quickly. Adam and Laura, we are forever grateful for the care and concern that you have shown us. If I could sing their praises from the mountaintops, I would. They deserve all of everything good that they have coming to them. What an AMAZING, INCREDIBLE and THOUGHTFUL team. Not only did they welcome us, but also thought about Hazel, our dog, and made her feel welcome with treats. There’s no other better team than the one at Renaissance at Galleria.

I have lived at Renaissance at Galleria for 2 years and I have to brag on our newest property manager Adam. He is hands down the best property manager I have experienced in all of my years of renting. He is thorough, passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated to the management of this property. In the short time he’s been here he’s managed to fix and complete issues I’ve had since before he ever arrived. He works around the clock and is readily available for his tenants!! He cares about the well-being and comfortability of each resident. He is definitely the best asset to the complex!
