I have been living here since 2017. I was in the process of leaving the property last year when my lease was up when I met Miss Sabrina she was very nice to me. I always got along with the maintenance guys. They’re like father figure away from home, so I never had a problem with them coming in and fit some things when I had a problem in my apartment What I will say is yes for the type of money that we are paying it should be better security and more I am planning on leaving the property this year for that type of money. I could be buying me a home and that is what I am doing. It has been great. It has been bad but at the end of the day people are right we are right across the street from a bad neighborhood that shoots that kills that fight when they are over there doing that they bring it over here so what is courtesy officer is doing clearly anything my car has got hit up here. A lot of things have happened that I am not used to and uncomfortable, but Miss Sabrina always try to make me feel welcome in home. That’s one thing I love about her. She has a great personality and great spirit so that I would not take that from her. It’s not her fault that the new people that took over the property raised the RENT. But, what they don’t realize is this property been here since the 80s this property is nothing like it was when it first was here. It’s a lot goes on, for y’all to live all the way in Tennessee and do not know of crime that goes on here you want to raise the rent and get the money and put it in your pocket but what about the residences have you ever stopped and wonder how we feel You wonder why you see U-Haul trucks and people leaving every day that’s the reason why sometimes you need to stop and look and wonder what is going on in the community. I work in human resource I know what I am talking about, but who am I to say?
