I've lived here for close to 2 years and this is the only place where I have renewed my lease, throughout my 5 year stay in the United States. It has good neighbors (no troublemakers), it's relatively clean and they fix problems quickly. You can only enter the building through a key fob, it has pretty much everything Birmingham has to offer within walking distance and you just can't ask for a better place for the rent that they charge. I heard that it has gone up now, but we're still paying the same, so I cannot complain. Great college years spent here, will definitely miss this place once I eventually leave!
