I have absolutely loved living here. Unfortunately moving out of state now but this apartment was a huge consideration for why I wanted to stay in Alabama. Renewed once and was offered a 3 year renewal and they never increased rates. Maintenance was extremely responsive and quick. Office was also easy to call. Mostly college students or single adults live around me. Off street parking, in unit washer/dryer, central AC, dishwasher, pet friendly, patios, not a crazy amount of hidden fees. Usually around like $50-$70 added on to the base rent every month. The neighborhood is hit or miss, tons of families around and college students but some other areas like the complex up the hill can be a little sketchy but I’ve never felt unsafe. If I move back to Alabama, I’ll want to be back in The Irish.
