Having lived here almost 4 years in two different apartment layouts, the Sail Cloth Factory has proven to be a great place to live. Response from our amazing property manager, Allegra, is lightening fast (never longer than a few hours) and maintenance is responsive to any requests (less than 24 hours). The valet staff is also very nice and it is a great perk to have 24/7 staff at the building year round. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in living a few blocks from the Harbor with onsite parking. The additional amenities that include Amazon lockers, rooftop deck, 5th floor lounge with printing and computer access as well as the gym are good benefits as well.
