I love my new two bedroom + den apartment at the Avalon. The leasing team, specifically Shanerria, along with the front desk team, specifically Robin, made sure that my move-in was seamless and easy. When I was out of town for an extended period of time, Shanerria went out of her way to personally deliver my packages to my apartment while I was away so that they did not build up in the package room. She even sent me pictures of the packages in my apartment and confirmed that the door had been locked after she left. This is just a small testament to the staff that works at this apartment complex. My unit is the nicest department that I have personally ever lived in and the staff is phenomenal here as well. Could not be more pleased that I chose this building. Would do it again without question.
