I’ve lived at The Jordan since December and have had nothing but great experiences thus far! The building is quiet, very clean and has a gorgeous lobby. Every guest that I’ve had in my apartment has commented on how beautiful the design and finishes are. Love the view of the Clinton River that I get from the fourth floor. Melissa has been so pleasant to work with as well! She is always kind and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to move to the area!

Management changed from Tricap to Village Green within my first few months of living there. Night and day difference between the two. The current management company has extremely friendly and helpful staff with a responsive maintenance team. Additionally, they kept up well with positive property updates and maintenance. I had a one bedroom loft layout with high ceilings and plenty of space for one person. Lofted bedroom, two bathrooms, plentiful storage and living/kitchen space. You could easily use the downstairs as a studio-style bedroom if you wanted to. Buildings were well insulated and relatively quiet for being right by I-75. Fixtures and finishes were adequately updated from the previous hotel, although some updates definitely got the "landlord treatment". That said, rates are competitive, although increased during my time there likely as a result of higher demand. Overall, a solid apartment community in a great location - was disappointed to have moved.
