Although the complex has gone through many leasing managers over the past several years I feel confident that they have found the perfect fit. The new manager displays a very caring and friendly demeanor. I have live here for almost 20 years and I have seen and dealt with a lot of personalities but I definitely feel that things will change for the better.

I lived here for 2 years and am sad to leave! This has been the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. It's relatively small so you do not get as many as amenities as with larger complexes but the quiet atmosphere, apartment staff, and price more than make up for it! Maintenance is excellent; same day or at the latest next day service. Ken, the apartment manager, is AMAZING. He is so kind, responds very quickly to anything you may need, and goes out of his way to take care of the individuals in this complex. I recommend this complex to everyone I know that is moving to the area and there is a reason there is a waiting list here!
