Our convenient location provides easy access to shopping centers, local parks, and golf courses, as well as the M-59, M-53, and I-75 freeways.

I have been living at Oak Hill for almost two years and it has been a pleasant experience from day one. From the leasing office staff with their quick responses, offering food trucks and fun events. To the maintenance team responding in less than an hour when a request is put in. Not to mention the wonderful amenities like the multiple pools close to my building, grilling stations, and the very convenient trash valet. It was a no brainier to renew my lease when the time came. Hope to look forward to more time staying here in the future.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I’ve been a resident for almost 15 months. Here’s my experience: Office: Friendly and helpful. Even when they’re busy, they warmly acknowledge your presence, make you feel welcomed, and assure they’ll be with you soon. Maintenance: Requests big and small are addressed within 24 hours and treated with care. I’ve dropped jewelry down the sink SEVERAL times and they came by within a few hours. During winter months, they’ll ask if you prefer they should take off their shoes. They always clean up behind themselves and exceed my expectations. Sometimes the access gate is down but they’re prompt with fixing it. Amenities: Pools, fitness center and tennis court are well kept. They recently remodeled the tennis courts to include basketball and other fun activities. Valet trash is always on time and the app is super helpful. Valet trash is a external company but they once saw me moving heavy packages inside my apartment and offered to help. Groundskeeping: Neighbors do extremely well cleaning up after their pets. Carports worn by the weather were recently replaced, parking spaces repainted, and bright lights in the carports were installed. The spring and summer months are the best! Each week someone tends to the plants and grass areas are frequently mowed and watered. During the winter, snow is NEVER a hassle. Sidewalks and paths are always salted. Notice the pattern here? CARE! From the physical property to the residents, everyone and everything is handled with care. That’s what makes Oak Hill feel like home. Bonus: Location. Within a few miles, there are movie theaters, a shopping center, grocery stores and all sorts of restaurants.
