Meadowfield townhomes is a really nice and quiet community. The maintenance team, Nate and Mike are awesome people and they make sure to get the job done in a reasonable and timely manner.

I had an excellent experience renting 2 townhomes for 12 months. The location is fantastic, the grounds are well maintained, I had good neighbors and the location is great. The staff was really easy going and responsive to get moved in and moved out. The maintenance guys were really responsive to the few issues I had - friendly and competent and worked through the issues quickly. I've rented a lot of places in my life and this was one of the best experiences I've had all around. If I wind up in Rochester Hills another year and need to downsize, I will definitely go back.
