My mother has been a resident at Elm Haven since 2006. The Complex has been kept top notch and well staffed since she moved into her apartment. This spring my mother decided to relocate to a new apartment within the complex. The transfer was made so easy by the Administrative Secretary Emily Baron. Emily was professional and very well informed about the process of transferring apartments. The new apartment was clean and ready for her on move in day . Elm Haven Manor has a very polite, knowledgeable and skillful staff that has made my mother very comfortable to call Elm Haven home. The Management company should be very proud of the entire staff at Elm Haven. The staff takes time to help wherever it is needed.

Nice apartments, staff is great, quiet, meals in restaurant, salon, movie theatre, transportation, etc. Check the website. This place has everything & safety measures, pull cords, bars,in place. Even a Dr office. Can't be beat. Everyone is nice. Best retirement place around & the staff is exceptional.
