Loved living there! The finishes, tall ceilings, and amenities in the apartments themselves were awesome, and having the carport garage & extra storage in the basement were really convenient. Nena, the property manager, and company are on top of things there! Would live there again in a heartbeat.

Love this apartment! The layouts are beautiful and efficient, love the giant floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall windows, and I love how quickly maintenance requests are resolved. It feels like management genuinely cares about your living experience. Also in a great area right near downtown Rochester. Sad to have to leave soon! I would definitely recommend these apartments.
