It is a really nice townhome. The maintenance staff is outstanding. The small fixes I needed were done quickly and efficiently. The area is nice and quiet. The grounds are well maintained. I like how people are allowed to decorate their porches. It give the complex a homey feeling. I would recommend this complex to everyone

Katie has been the best apartment manager we have EVER had! Whenever we need help with an issue with our apartment she listens to us, hears us, puts in a work order and makes it happen! She is so quick with getting things done when we need them done. She is very nice, caring and understanding. My family and I really appreciated Katie and her attention to detail as well as her empathy for anything we need and any situation we find ourselves in. She has just been the biggest blessing to my family and I and we hope she stays around a while.
