First and foremost Melissa in the leasing office is amazing! She is personable, dependable, trustworthy and follows through. She went above and beyond even after I had moved out to make it a smooth transition. She definitely cares about the residents and does everything in her power to help. The location is central to restaurants and highways so it’s very convenient. The building is modern and stylish. The neighbors are very friendly and it feels safe. I also enjoy the technology such as electronic door locks you access through your phone including granting guests temporary access and wifi thermostats in each unit. All in all it’s a great place to call home.

My daughter and I specifically moved here because of the modern look and feel of the apartment. It has both stairs and elevator to choose to your liking. We have a corner view over looking the well maintained park and the Mexican restaurant across the street. Management is more than excellent, close to freeway, and the Clinton River Trail. If you’re looking for an apartment, might be your first and last stop.
