I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now and I absolutely love it here! Things are quiet and the community is very close to the town of West Chester. Philadelphia is also within a short car ride away. The apartments are renovated and pet friendly. Which was a must for me as I knew I was getting a dog when I moved here. Maintenance is always on top of their game and are always working to keep the community clean. They are also quick to resolve requests. My dryer randomly stopped working one night and the next morning they were at my apartment trying to fix it and got me a new one. The residents are all very nice and I truly felt welcomed right away by the staff. They make it feel like home here! I could go on forever, but long story short, the Windermere is a wonderful place to live!! I can’t say anything bad and love being here!

Never answered back regarding my security deposit despite having proof of the conditions this apartment was given to me in for some reason the decided to intrude in my apartment before my lease ended and re painted the whole apartment and now aren’t answering regarding my security deposit during the year i was there i was highly neglected by their maintenance/managment staff as there was even mold in one room and rats in a room and they would even get mad about me being mad and bringing this to their attention and all i would get from them was you can leave whenever you want if your not happy would HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE OVERPRICED WASTE OF APARTMENTS!!!
