We absolutely love it here. Victoria, Marissa and John have been EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. The rare occassions we completed a maintenance request, someone came within a couple hours and easily fixed whatever was needed. NEVER had a problem with flooding, mold, broken heat/AC, or anything of the sort. The apartment complex is clean, the neighbors are awesome, and many units are newly renovated. Always enough parking, even when we have guests over. So happy we chose Goshen Manor :)

Lovely little community. Always quiet. Extremely helpful, personable, and considerate staff. Goshen Manor was everything I needed it to be during my time living there, and I would give it the best of recommendations to anyone looking for a new place to live in the West Chester area.
