I recently transitioned between apartments at the Metropolitan. The transition experience was terrific due to the professionalism and flexibility of the leasing office. Susan and Danielle did an excellent job at working with me to ensure that the transition went smoothly. It is relief to know that the management truly care about the wellbeing of their residents. The maintenance crew are another asset to living here. Since moving into the metropolitan nearly two years ago, maintenance has always gone above and beyond. Another benefit to living here that I’ll touch upon is the location. I can not say enough about how great it is to be within walking distance of the town. Lastly, the residents at the metro are great. I have developed lifelong friendships with my neighbors here. If you’re looking for a place in WC, I would take this complex into consideration.

After living in a different, nearby apartment complex for three years, The Met has been a breath of fresh air! Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, so while the buildings themselves are older, fixes happen very soon after being requested. The AC is powerful, which has been a godsend this summer, and I look forward to seeing how the heating is once winter rolls around. Everyone we've spoken with who works for The Met has been incredibly kind and helpful, and it's clear that they have their residents best interests in mind. The hallways are always clear and clean, and the facilities on-site are kept in great condition. All of the above fosters a lovely community of residents that I'm incredibly happy to be a part of!
