I’ve look at quite a few apartments and have fell in love with other ones but this one was the one not only was my apartment and view to my liking! The staff made it even better and no question was a dumb question to them! The property manager Erika made me feel so welcome and like I had already live there for years such a clean and friendly environment! If I could give this place 10 stars I would!

I am loving my experience so far living here at Canary Lofts. I love that the apartment was clean when I moved in. I also like that all the appliances are new and easy to use. If you need peace and quiet to live/study this is a perfect place for you. Its very quiet and you only hear some noise sometimes from dogs but not very often. I also would say make sure you download the apps to pay the rent, and to ask for any help if you have any issues that you need any maintenance on your apartment. Update after living for one year I would say my overall experience was really great. I personally did not have any problems. If I had any maintenance problems they were solved quickly. I didn’t have any issues with the garbage room either. The only time I had a slight issue was with some noise but it was only for 4th of July when some people in the building we’re having a party. Overall I would recommend to my friends and acquaintances.

The manager (Heather, so nice!) always goes out of her way to make sure tenants are taken care of. She is always running around trying to keep all of us happy, and will actually answer her phone at 10 pm (I still feel bad about calling that late) if there is something wrong, (like a light not working, aka bulb went out🙈.) It's such a nice peaceful community! Definitely recommend!
