We have been living here for 8 plus years. Christy her sister and dad are very polite and interesting people. The location is amazing and we are saving tons of money yearly. Christy is responding to my text messages anytime of the night or day. Maintenance guy Shakib is a very nice human being. he solves the problems as soon as he can. Library is across the street- Price Chopper 1 mile away- Merl hay mall 1 mile away- CVS pharmacy 1 mile away- elementry chool 1 mile away- everything can be found within a mile. Great, Great and Great place to be in-

I lived here for about 7 months while interning in the city. It was the best possible place I could've found for the price and I think back very fondly about this period of time. During the winter it is annoying having to leave the building to get to the basement for laundry, but that's something you know going in. I loved the area and the community garden in the complex was a major plus!
