This post is an email I received - from a resident who isn't tech friendly and with permission - I am posting her for her - not as me. Copy and Pasted, removed her last name and apartment number. Hi Amanda, I have lived a lot of places….For the past 19 years I have lived at Windsor Terrace. I moved here because it is very conveniently located and I love the vintage ambience…it suits me. I am older and the proximity to shopping and services is a plus. I appreciate the fact that they have maintained it as original as possible. In my time here, I have been pleased with the care taken by management to handle any issues that arise which actually have been few and small. As with any property, rental or private, there are always things to be dealt with and those have always been handled with timely efficiency. I have to comment that Miguel has been with Windsor Terrace nearly as long as I have been here. You could not have a more hardworking and pleasant person. Having someone here that we know and trust is very reassuring. I am happy here and anticipate staying for some time. I have read some of the negative reviews and I have to say, that I don’t understand the complaints…..I am satisfied with the property, management and maintenance Thanks for a pleasant (near) 20 years Diane M apt ***

This place is in a perfect location with walking distances to groceries, restaurants and bars. Each unit has plenty of closet storage and the large courtyard has a campus feel to it. The maintenance guy (Miguel) always fixed things promptly after I submitted the requests. Whatever your budget, timing or living needs are, Amanda is great at finding the right fit for you. I worked with her directly on my initial stay (and renewals). She was very good at answering any of my one-off questions and notifying us of Windsor Terrace related news. I loved my time here and would recommend it to anyone who wants something different than a "cookie-cutter apartment building" lifestyle.
