If you like hollow apt doors, and no privacy, here is were you want to live. Orange property management seems to not care about snow removal and city doesn't Inforce the 24 hr public sidewalks law that says the sidewalks must be clear of ice and snow within 24 hr from end of storm. There professional paint jobs isn't professional at all. My bathroom has chunks of texture all over walls and patchy one coat paint jobs. Poor maintancing from too many properties to manage. Or just stingy with putting money back in. All appliances and fixtures are the cheapest that there it. Even the door intercom is upside down in my apt.
