Wish I could give 0 stars. Tons of mail theft, and when I asked the property owners if I could buy some kind of camera for them to catch the people doing it. They replied with "well cameras don't actually help, and wont actually prove anything" LOL. The camera I looked at was $35. They just don't care about anything besides a rent check. Just another slum lord. 10/10 Avoid property, and realtor company.

Buildings are built poorly. Also has bad management. Will not work with you for anything. They’ll give you a ‘fine’ for anything. If it’s not in the lease, they’ll put a note on your door about the fine they’ll give you. Doesn’t do snow removal until late in the day, if they do it at all. They also go weeks without mowing in the summer.
