We have lived here for almost a year and I couldn’t be happier! We truly love this place! The grounds are clean at all times, the management team is SO nice, maintenance gets done in a timely manner, so there is truly nothing to complain about! We welcomed home a baby boy in February and this was the best place to bring him home to! We love the quietness of only having 12 units in each building! I recommend this place to everyone that is looking for a new apartment!

One of my favorite apartment in the fargo area. Management was awesome, living experience was awesome and the moving out process was awesome. If I didn't need a bigger space I wouldn’t have moved out.
