Great apartment! Loved the vaulted ceilings and big open living room/kitchen. Built in desk is a great extra. Lived here for 2.5 years. Ice by the entrances can be a little tricky, but manageable if you’re watching for it. Garages are large. Good area ~5 minutes from Hornbachers and ~10-15 from Walmart and most dining locations. Thick walls and mostly quiet neighbors. Extremely happy with my time spent here. (Great sunset view if your porch is on the garage side too!)

Living here is pretty nice. Nice units, good, newer, properly functioning appliances, and most important thick party walls. Our next door neighbors have loud parties with music you can hear perfectly up and down the halls. But as soon as I get into my apartment, I can't hear anything. I'll be in my bedroom with the shared wall between units and won't hear a single beat. My only complaint is the lackluster snow/ice removal in the winter months. Using a cane is dangerous at best and no matter how often I asked for better attention to be paid to it, nothing changed. My husband ended up having to do it so I wouldn't end up more of a cripple than I already am.
