Not a bad apartment, but they insist you clean before move out and they still charged me 300 dollars for cleaning, yet the apartment was spotless when I moved out as I cleaned for a day and a half. Not to mention I remember specifically when I moved in that the manager that did the move in was using a swiffer quick on the floor as I was coming in, hard to justify 300 dollars for a 'professional' cleaning. Dont waste your time cleaning.

Property was okay but charged me 300 dollars for cleaning after move out. One hundred dollars for a carpet cleaning, the carpet was clean when I left.
