This is my second month here. My small family and I really enjoy it. From the get go Emilia from the front office has always been so kind and always open to answering all questions and concerns. We have enjoyed the amenities u32 has to offer and no complaints as of now. The underground parking is awesome especially when unloading toddlers in the winter. When we have needed maintenance for minor things they have been resolved immediately or that same day. The facility is pretty quiet and clean. As of now we have enjoyed our stay and hope to continue to have a great time.

I absolutely loved living here. Such a great apartment! I loved my studio unit, it was PERFECT!! The internet and cable package was top notch and worked well all the time. I loved the location and the easy access that all of North Fargo has to offer, being close to NDSU and all! It was nice having a gym, hottub/pool/sauna, fire pit, grills and all the cool things like that included in rent, totally makes it worth it! The review about the smell is COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY WRONG!! Please don’t go off that alone, the person clearly didn’t even live here, if they did they would for sure know that does not smell at all (at the apartment or around it)!! The staff has been so great to work with and give out lots of incentives and support for their residents. All the units are great sizes and perfect for students, young professionals, families and more.
