If I could rate Mosaic 10 stars I would! Marion and Sara Jean are the best community managers I’ve had at any apartment I’ve lived in. Marion goes out of her way to make sure residents have a very positive experience. They are so attentive and care about every resident! I would still live in Mosaic if I didn’t move closer to my job. I recommend mosaic to everyone I know who wants to live downtown Fargo. :)

UPDATE: 04/22 building security is not maintained at all. The parking garage in both mosaic and 300 lime have been roamed by people who check your door handles and look for valuables to steal out of your car. Dont feel safe parking here or having packages sent here. I even asked if management could send out some sort of notification to the residentes about the issue but have yet to see the other end of that... ORIGINAL: The apartment building and unit themselves are very beautiful. Moved in last June and honestly it was hassle free. There were some construction delays, but these are typically normal in this day in age with construction. Enclave was very helpful with my move and lease signing to make it feel effortless. Even though this is the case. there are many hidden catches with this building. the underground parking is unlabeled so you pick a spot to park anywhere. Nice, but yet an issue. often times you will find people allowing their guests to stay underneath so it will take up spots. this results in Enclave having to keep track of the vehicles and threats of towing. Which, I'm sure, is not fun for the Enclave staff either. I live alone so this personally isn't an issue for me but it can be for others who don't have spots for every person in their unit. Another is how tight the parking is. not a huge problem, but not the best situation. Management can sometimes be tough to get through to over the phone, but Enclave has been great in taking care of anything needed for me so management itself is a plus. The design of the building itself was flawed by them trying to save as much space as possible. for example the stairwells for the building only lead to the garages across from the lobby and elevator. The weight facility is small and limited with the flooring in there is laminate hardwood planking which again, looks nice, but not optimal for the room its in. the pet areas are much smaller than those across the street at 300 lime. Honestly, Enclave has been nice to work with and the units are gorgeous. The building itself just wasn't designed well. Especially with 300 lime being across the street with much more to offer for the price. 300 lime looks to be a better move than mosaic. its just a tad pricey for what your honestly getting.
