Moved in right before COVID so I really did not get to enjoy downtown and all the amenities the apartment offered, but my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Nicole was great and very attentive to our needs. Other than our deposit being returned a few weeks longer than the 30 day deadline, I have zero complaints. I also loved having Mathernes downstairs as well. It seems people are confusing the apartments with Mathernes. 440 on Third is the name of the apartments upstairs. Not of Mathernes.
