Provincial features the Louisiana Vernacular style of architecture with balconies overlooking tree-lined walkways or your front door opening to a view of dozens of crepe myrtles lining the walkways. The Crillon is surrounded by stately oaks and flowering gardens providing a beautiful luxurious setting. Both Provincial and The Crillon communities are constructed of all concrete and brick providing virtual soundproofing. The grounds are meticulously manicured and include a French Quarter style courtyard. We have many floor plans to choose from including one, two and three bedrooms. Amenities include conveniently placed laundry facilities, washer and dryer connections, individual climate control, private patios or balconies, huge closets, window treatments, plush carpet, and all kitchen appliances. For your further convenience, all utilities are paid for you by the owner. In addition, courtesy guard patrol is provided nightly. Toni and Karen are the best property managers ever. When you call them they will carve out time in their schedule to come and see what is they can do to assure that you're happy. Grounds are well kept, security gate works, laundry is immaculate and the gazebo is a favorite hang out for me and other guest who like to play spades and barbecue. Even throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, the owner of the property took care of those who lost employment by working with them to retain their apartment. He did not bother or harass anyone who had issues with payment of their rent. If you're looking for a place to live that has the best property managers, competent and caring maintenance staff with an owner who cares about the safety and security of his tenants then look no further than Ardendale Oaks Apartments

The people here are extremely professional and genuinely caring. When my fiance and I were going through the application process, they were extremely flexible with our needs and concerns. This business is an extremely well run place with outstanding people from the bottom up. My fiance and I got a 1 bedroom, 1 bath room. The living room is quite large, adequate closet space for 2, carpeted floors, easily accessible maintenance, the area is quiet and comfortable, and best of all, very affordable. I would reccomend this place to anyone looking for an apartment, and I am extremely happy to call this place our new home. Keisha and Ashleigh were extremely engaged and helpful in the application process and stayed in constant contact with us. They provided us with probably the best experience as renters I've ever had.
