Cypress Park has been a great place to live. The apartments are definitely old, but any maintenance issues I ever had were always tackled quickly and effectively. This is some of the best Management I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. They were very helpful in getting us set up in our apartment and even helping us get rid of some things when we moved out. They planned a few family-friendly events throughout the year at the complex where people could spend time together at the very nice common area. There is also a great spot near the back of the complex where there is a beautiful pond, dock, and lots of trees. Great for walks! My unit was one of their 3 bedroom townhomes, and it was great. It is a little tight getting into the unit and getting up the stairs, so if you have big big furniture then beware! The kitchen was given new cabinets when we moved in and the unit was cleaned well. My unit also had a Vivint Smart Home system which was amazing for managing the AC, lights, and security of my home. Because my unit was in the front, the parking was a little awkward having to walk a bit. However, it wasn’t a huge deal and the vast majority of their units have plenty of parking. Overall, I had a great experience with Cypress Park. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for apartments in the city.
