They try to make things fun for residents and not just be a leasing office, which I appreciate. They often have events especially around holidays where they offer food, drinks, prizes and games. I’ve lived here going on three years and it’s been a breeze for the most part, and I have been grateful rent has remained pretty close to the same amount we started off paying, especially in this economy. And when we renewed our lease for another year they did offer a free month or sometimes they will offer an upgrade to your unit such as a feature wall or smart home device. They recently re-did our door seal just as a preventative courtesy so the cool air doesn’t escape during the upcoming summer heat! And improved our air ducts! So I will say they are not like every other leasing office out there. I appreciate the efforts they take to make things easier on us not only as residents, but just as everyday people.
