Residents pay a onetime, non-refundable fee of $300 for the first pet and additional fee of $150 for the second pet. Monthly Pet Rent, $15 for first pet, $25 for two pets. There is a maximum of 2 pets per apartment.

Lovely Gated Community very quiet, Upgraded apartment/townhouses. Plenty of parking space. Friendly staff. I’ve been living here for a while now and I can’t complain. Ms.Katie in the front office is wonderful and caring! Staff is very helpful and will go above and beyond to take care of any issue you have. Maintenance is very friendly and address any issue in a timely manner. The Complex is always clean, trash free & very quiet. Some units come with washer and dryer hooks up, but there is a laundry room on site. They have a full gym and computer room with a printer , plus a pool that’s always clean year round !

I have been residing in this apartment for three years and am highly satisfied for the following reasons. First, the property is consistently well-maintained. Maintenance requests submitted online are typically addressed within one to two days. The apartment has a dedicated maintenance team that is both professional and courteous. Hermon, Ronnie, Junior, and Jeremy have been particularly reliable and have established a friendly rapport over time. I also appreciate the regular updates provided via email and text regarding the status of any repairs, reflecting a well-organized system. The staff’s daily efforts to keep the premises clean, including regular trash collection, contribute to a consistently tidy environment. Second, the management team is exceptional in both professionalism and responsiveness. Special recognition goes to Kati Bolotte, who has consistently addressed all inquiries with promptness and care. In my experience, it is not uncommon for apartment managers to be difficult to reach or indifferent to resident concerns, but Kati stands out for her thoughtful approach and commitment to resolving issues from a resident-first perspective. Among the many managers I’ve encountered across more than ten residences, she is undoubtedly the most outstanding. I have never experienced any stress related to management issues during my time here. The recently joined team member, Tye, has also proven to be friendly and helpful. Lastly, the gated nature of the apartment complex offers a sense of security, and the abundance of nearby cafes and shops adds significant convenience to daily living. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a well-maintained and professionally managed place to live.
