The whole building was dirty, the carpet was stained all over the place, elevator was always dirty. Not long ago Indigo Management took over here at the lofts and I'd say that has been the best decision they could of made. Ashley has been a great property manager, she's answered all my questions and catered to all my concerns and needs. Maintenance people did an awesome and fast job resolving my issues here at my apartment. Carpet is not stained anymore, there's not a lot of packages on the floor by the entrance, there's a clear path for me to grab my mail. Everything is starting to look better and cleaner.
