I lived here for one year, place is amazing, residents are wonderful, Victoria is very friendly and accommodating, Chris will respond to and resolve your maintenance issue immediately (once within four minutes of submission request!), location is perfect, highly recommend!

A few years ago, my boyfriend moved into the park avenue apartment. I visited him often and loved it!! About a year ago, we decided to move into our own unit here & have loved every minute of it. Victoria, has been a wonderful help in the office. Chris & Adam are beyond 5 stars with how quickly they handle any maintenance issues! Staying here at park avenue has been a nice relaxing time & I look forward to many more years here. I love that they provide resident events almost every month and it allows me & my boyfriend to meet new people. I couldn’t recommend this location enough!! 😊😊
