There will be a text sent requesting confirmation at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled tour time. Moving into The Village has been a smooth and easy process! Zach, the building manager, is quick to answer questions and get things done as you need them. The building is kept clean and accessible. The new renovation is beautiful and welcoming. I've already recommended to my friends and family to check out this apartment!

We moved in around mid-October and love our apartment! Property manager Zach was amazing throughout the move-in process and has been since our move in. I have seen some reviews stating issues with noise, etc and can attest that at least in the two bedroom units on the West side of the property, this is NOT an issue! I have lived in many apartment complexes in my life, (6) and have never lived in such a quiet unit. The property is EXTREMELY pet friendly and asks for incredibly reasonable pet rent/pet deposits compared to many properties. We signed a 14-month lease and plan to spend at least two years here. If you want an apartment that feels like a home, this is the place.
