I really like this place. I was one of the first group of people to move in and John was there every step of the way making everything smooth and headache free. He was also the only one that contacted me back in a timely manner when I was initially looking for a new place to move. Other properties either never got back to me or took weeks to respond. All of that worked out for me because I love the feeling of a smaller building verses those mega apartment complexes. It's a very chill community with some great mountain views, either in your personal unit or just walking around the outdoor space they've provided which includes a mini garden. You can't walk through the garden, but we do have one and it's very nice. Overall, I think this is a special place and I truly appreciate John for being someone who takes pride in his job, that's so hard to find these days.

The building is beautiful, John the property manager is awesome and moving in was so easy and quick. This place is so unique and has such a one of a kind energy. It’s quiet and the property is always kept clean. I’m insanely happy here :)
