Amazing communication and assistance with the moving process, especially as we were coming from another state. Any apartment issues have been addressed promptly. The location cannot be beat as it is walking distance to the ferry and downtown. Very much recommend.

My husband and I have been living here for about 6 months now and we are very happy with our experience. Getting approved and moved in was a very smooth and pain free experience and Jules was awesome to work with. I love how close it is to the store, schools, downtown Winslow, and the ferry. It's right on the bus route which is excellent. The maintenance team is amazing! They are ready to help practically at the drop of a hat. When it snowed like crazy this year, they were out there shoveling a walkway for residents, shoveling the snow off our front porch and covering everything with salt so we didn't slip. Everything was so fresh and clean when we moved in and I love the amount of natural light that pours into each apartment. Great place to live!
