From the moment I moved in I haven’t had a bad experience. Move in was smooth and I have lived all the amenities available from laying out by the pool to playing in the dog park with my girl Georgia. And not to mention the views 😍 I love being able to sit out on my porch and enjoy the sunrise or sunset

So far, my experience at Adams Hill has been amazing. The view, apartment, and amenities are exceptional. The amenities are truly impressive; whether it's the fitness center, pool area, or the meticulously maintained communal spaces, every aspect of living here feels luxurious. The management team at Adams Hill has been great. They are always friendly and responsive. The entire complex is clean at all times as well. Location-wise, Adams Hill couldn't be better. It is very close to the mall, different shops, grocery stores, and many parks. Overall, I am glad I chose to live at Adams Hill.

If you’re looking for a place to live in Greenville, this place is exceptional. I’ve been at Adams Hill for nearly a full year now, and this apartment community is a hundred times better than the first one I lived at (in downtown Greenville). Easy accessibility to I-385 (it’s only about 2 blocks to the west), which makes it effortless to get to downtown Greenville in about 10 minutes. It’s also only about 10 minutes from Cleveland Park and the Zoo, 8 minutes from Legacy Park, 5 minutes from Butler Springs Park, and these are all great places to walk a dog. I also love that it’s just under 20 minutes from Paris Mountain State Park for the hiking trails, the lake, and a complete change of pace from the rest of the city. Awesome parts about living here: 1. Plenty of parking, near your building entrance, unrestricted, easy to come and go throughout the day, and peace of mind that there’s always gonna be a spot open. 2. The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and professional, easy to talk to, and understanding of any situation that arises. 3. The view from this property is unmatched; it sits above most of the city, with an expansive view looking out to the north (unobstructed from east to west) with the mountain ridge line and Paris Mountain in the distance. I can’t imagine that there’s any other rental property in the City of Greenville where you can enjoy this view every day for this price. 4. The property also includes two separate dog parks for quick access depending on which building you live in and how your dog gets along with other dogs. Aside from this, it’s also easy to take your dog for a walk on the sidewalks connecting the property to both Haywood and Pelham Road. 5. Easy access to: Publix, Walgreens, CVS, Haywood Mall, auto service stations, gas stations, and numerous chain restaurants (they’re all less than 5 minutes up the road). Recommendation: If you’re sensitive to street noise, chose an apartment that’s away from Haywood Road. Haywood definitely calms down on the weekends, however on weekdays it’s heavily traveled and a bit noisy. Buildings 4 and 5 (especially facing toward the east and north) would be the ones to steer away from, however there’s also a number of buildings further in from the street, facing in the opposite direction, or closer to Pelham which probably has about 1/4 of the traffic vs Haywood. The property feels safe, it’s been safe the whole time I’ve been living here. The apartments are well-designed and carefully constructed with attention to details (i.e. the way that doors open and they don’t hit other doors, balconies provide greater privacy since they’re concrete slabs rather than wooden deck boards, the HVAC system is efficient and without issues). All-in-all, I’d give this property a solid 9.8 out of 10..and that’s after 9+ months of living here.
