Experience an elegant fusion of history and luxury at the Lofts of Greenville. The remnants of Monaghan Mill are incorporated into each of our 194 units. Huge, arched windows illuminate the exposed brick walls and acid-treated concrete floors. Stretching almost eighteen feet up, guests are awed by the exposed structural timbers and tongue-and-groove ceiling beams.

Just moved out after a year and had an amazing experience. The front office staff were very kind and helpful even after I moved out when I thought I left something. The maintenance guys were friendly and had a quick response when things went wrong. The wall to swamp rabbit grocery and the commons was awesome. Loved my time here and would recommend in a heartbeat.

Great place to live with lots of great amenities. There are two gyms, one regular and the other a cross fit. There is onsite yoga, aerial yoga, and plenty of space to do your own yoga. There is a game room with flat screen tv's, a pool table, a poker table, sink, refrigerator, and a shuffle board. Also, there is an indoor theater room that is always available at no charge, just call the office and schedule the day and time you want to use it. Outside amenities include a community garden, walking path around the pond, adirondack chairs throughout, a fire pit, numerous grilling stations, a sizeable dog park and a swimming pool that is open year around. I have lived here for 10 years and do not see myself moving anytime soon. Please come and be apart of a great community.
