Our experience has been mostly positive. The apartment is spacious and is well maintained by the staff. The staff is always pleasant and treats you like a VIP. The grounds are meticulously maintained. All requests for maintenance problems are answered within hours of the request. We plan on staying here so long as we can afford to do so.

The maintenance department at Estates at Bellwood where we live is always meeting our maintenance request in a most timely and professional way. It's one of the reasons why we renewed our lease for the coming year.
