Living Room Kitchen: Quartz Countertops, Stainless Appliances, Dining Area Bath: Quartz counters, tile flooring, and walk-in shower Hardwood floors throughout Windows: 2-inch blinds provided Washer/Dryer connections Electric heat and air conditioning Yard Care provided This community has all the best qualities of our rentals — large oaks and grassy lawns landscaped with azaleas, dogwoods, and hydrangeas in a residential cul-de-sac setting with very little traffic and within walking distance to Cleveland Park and Downtown via the Swamp Rabbit Trail. #31 is towards the end of this cul-de-sac and shielded from traffic noise of adjoining larger streets. #31 has been recently fully renovated and has full hardwoods throughout except for the tiled bathroom. The kitchen features stainless appliances and both kitchen and bathroom have quartz countertops. The bathroom has been renovated and has a new zero drop walk-in shower.
