I just wanted to take a minute to recognize Joe in Maintenance. I've lived here for quite a few years and he is always quick to take care of any issues that arise. He is such a pleasure to talk to and is genuinely a good person. I've watched that man every day for years roam the property taking care of everything. Even takes care of the stray animals and finds them homes if he needs to that people leave behind when they move. Thank you Joe you are appreciated.

I lived in this community for 2 years. The management was great! The main things I liked about this community were the friendly staff, the very peaceful community, the well-maintained units, the excellent maintenance crew, and the easy-going atmosphere. The hot water heaters worked great and I’m not sure if I ever ran out of hot water!! There were no pests. The A/C and heat worked great! The units had nice carpet and a nice paint job. GOOD JOB!!
