This home is walking distance to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, Falls Park, Cleveland Park, Fluor field and downtown restaurants and shops. and Nightlife This Five bedroom home has 3.5 Baths! Gracious sized living spaces, including living room, dining room, and den areas which are ideal for entertaining or common spaces. Home has hardwood floors and a private patio area in the back of the home. The house has a long driveway and plenty of parking. The kitchen area has a spacious dining area and has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The room upstairs can be used for a bedroom or a flex room. Schools: Augusta Circle Elementary, Hughes Academy of Science and Technology, Greenville Senior High Academy Agent : Natalie Emory Pet Policy: Pets under 50 pounds are allowed. We charge a non-refundable pet administration fee of $100 per pet and a monthly pet fee for each pet, up to $75 per month. For pet-friendly properties, more than 2 animals must be approved by the owner. No aggressive or dangerous dog breeds are permitted unless approved by the owner, except as required by applicable law. Before final approval can be obtained, applicants will be required to submit a pet application through a third-party pet screening company and provide pet photos and vaccination records. There is a fee of $30 per pet, per year, for this service. Disclaimer: If your application is accepted, you will be charged a $190 administration fee at the time of move-in. This is a one-time fee per household. Renters insurance is required for all properties.
