I’m so happy to write a review about Northpointe! My move in process recently was flawless and made super easy with access to a large space for a truck and multiple elevators. So far I’ve really appreciated the easily walkable distance to Harris Teeter as this has been my go to chain even when I was living in a different city. The amenities are kept nice and clean. The community is quiet and respectful at night and everyone I’ve run into has been super friendly in the halls. The parking for residents is perfect no matter which building you’re in because you get a covered garage and walkway for carrying things in during the rain. And I love my living space. When I moved in it was obvious that many hours were put in to painting walls, cleaning the floors, etc. I’ve been working with Ashley since I first toured the apartment and I have been so happy with how promptly she responds to questions and how awesome she’s been this whole time! She’s really made living here pretty cool so far.

Really impressed with NorthPointe and the top notch events held by Chloe. Tonight, a good size group came out for the Halloween Soirée and we had lots of fun and met some great folks. I like NorthPointe because there are some great retail and grocery options nearby and there’s definitely a sense of community.
